Kaizad is a dual-qualified Lawyer and accredited Mediator in England & Wales and in India.

Kaizad primarily focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution in the Technology, Infrastructure and Energy sectors with a wealth of international connections. Ever protective of his client’s best commercial interests, he is known for negotiating shrewd and effective legal solutions.

Having represented commercial entities and individuals from different walks of life, he has acquired insight into the specific legal requirements and varying cultural and socio-economic concerns of his clients across different jurisdictions.

As a Trial and Appellate Advocate, Kaizad is highly experienced in matters of Complex Crime, White Collar Fraud and International Human Rights laws. He always pushes for the best possible result on each and every occasion.

Bruno is a consultant solicitor with extensive experience in litigation, commercial, and immigration law. His litigation experience ranges from the First-tier Tribunal and the County Court through to the Court of Appeal. He has a particular focus on Judicial Review litigation where his political background merges with his legal expertise to form a comprehensive strategy. He was the lead solicitor in the following Administrative Court reported case R (on the application of RQ (Jordan)) v Secretary of State for the Home Department and another `{`2014`}` ALL ER (D) (Mar).

Bruno’s commercial law practice focuses on how he can help his clients’ businesses thrive and prosper. His commercial work ranges from advising on and drafting contracts, compliance issues, and corporate governance. Intellectual property law is a big aspect of his commercial work and he regularly advises clients on patent, trademark and copyright matters. Bruno has a particular interest in fashion law and IT law both of which bring together his experience in intellectual property, contractual law, and sound business practice together.

Bruno also has a strong background in immigration law and a particular interest in the Tier 1 (Investor) and (Entrepreneur) categories. He also undertakes other types of immigration work including Tier 2 matters, immigration appeals, visa applications, and specialist human rights work.



Ali is a qualified Paralegal and a Legal Secretary.

Ali has recently graduated in law. He intends to qualify as a Solicitor in due course.

He assists in the Commercial department and is interested in corporate work.

He is fluent in Arabic and partly fluent in French. Outside of the office, Ali trains as an amateur boxer.



Sabina is a qualified Lawyer in Bulgaria where she has represented mainly foreign nationals and has gained experience in property law, company law, commercial law.

She is experienced in litigation and developing a deeper knowledge of cross border jurisdictional work.
